For 29 years, I've been driven by a single obsession: understanding what it takes to feel strong—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Growing up with asthma, I often felt trapped, with medication affecting my body and constant anxiety and frustration. At 16, I found relief in strength training, which became my sanctuary—a place to express myself, manage stress, and prove my capabilities beyond my own beliefs.
By 22, I became a certified personal trainer, but physical strength didn't automatically resolve my internal battles with inadequacy and self-criticism. It was a revelation that the mind, like any muscle, can be trained, which sparked my journey into the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Since then, I've become a 500-hour Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Practitioner, a Mental Conditioning Coach, a Brain Health Trainer, a Success Principle Coach, and a Nutrition Advisor. These credentials reflect my transformation and commitment to helping others. I've run marathons, competed as a bodybuilder, worked as a fitness model, and spoken on stages, sharing the insights I've gained.
I've had the privilege of helping hundreds transform their lives using the tools and principles outlined in my book. True strength is about discipline, showing up, and prioritizing essentials like nutrition and stress management.
Transformation is a shared journey. It thrives on being open to coaching and investing in oneself. Through the H₃O Method, I guide people using pillars that transformed my life: strength training, nutrition, supplementation, sleep, and stress management. These aren't trends—they're proven, lived experiences that change lives.
My mission is simple: to help you rediscover your true self—strong, clear, confident, and at peace.

JOURNEY

MY LIFE JOURNEY
Growing up with asthma, I often felt anxious, trapped, and frustrated due to the effects of medication on my body. Seeking relief from both physical and mental challenges, I found my way into a gym at 16 and discovered a passion for strength training. This newfound love provided the freedom to express myself at my own pace. It became an activity I could pursue independently, serving as a crucial outlet for stress, anxiety, and anger.
By the age of 22, I had earned my certification as a personal trainer. Despite gaining physical strength, I continued to struggle with internal inadequacy, discomfort in my own skin, and harsh self-criticism. It wasn't until I recognized that the mind is a muscle, capable of being trained like any other, that my journey towards understanding the profound mind-body connection truly began.owing up with asthma, I often felt anxious, trapped, and frustrated due to the effects of medication on my body.
