Growing up with asthma, I often felt anxious, trapped, and angry due to the effects of medication on my body. Desperate for relief from both physical and mental suffering, I wandered into a gym at 16 and discovered a love for strength training. This newfound passion provided me with the freedom to be myself at my own rhythm. It was an activity I could pursue independently, offering a vital outlet for stress, anxiety, and anger.

By the age of 22, I had become a certified personal trainer. Even with increased physical strength, I still faced internal struggles with feelings of inadequacy, discomfort in my own skin, and harsh self-criticism. It wasn't until I realized that the mind is a muscle, capable of being trained like any other, that my journey towards understanding the mind-body connection truly began.

I am a dedicated and passionate professional with a diverse range of expertise in the wellness field. As a certified personal trainer since the age of 22, I expanded my credentials to include a 500-hour Yoga Teacher and a 95-hour Kids Yoga Teacher, along with being a Reiki Practitioner and Mental Conditioning Coach. My journey also led me to become a Brain Health Trainer and Success Principle Coach. I am an accomplished marathon runner, bodybuilder, fitness model, speaker, and author. Overcoming asthma to run the New York City Marathon and participate in Spartan races and other challenges stands as a testament to my resilience and determination. My proudest achievement is founding my company, Oxijen, where I combine my passion for strength and mental training to empower women over 40. My mission is to help them breathe new life into their habits, guiding them toward a balanced and holistic lifestyle with the tools they need for consistency in exercise and nutrition.

My journey, marked by challenges with body image and self-belief, has fueled my passion for helping women break free from cycles of fleeting motivation and frustration.
